Step into a refined evening of understated luxury, presented by Nicolai Bergmann Flowers & Design and JED’s American Bistro.
The evening begins with a floral workshop, where you will create an original bouquet of seasonal blooms, arranged in a bespoke vase crafted from the wine bottles of Telmont, a French Champagne maison devoted to sustainability. Afterward, enjoy a serene dinner at NOMU, thoughtfully composed to capture the essence of Upstate New York, accompanied by a glass of Telmont Champagne.

Due to ingredient and flower arrangements, cancellations cannot be accepted after October 14. Should you be unable to attend, your bouquet and vase will be delivered to your designated address.

Reservations are limited to one seat per person for the lesson. If you wish to attend with multiple people, please have each person make their own reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations cannot be accepted after 7 days prior to the scheduled lesson date. Please understand this in advance.
If you are absent on the day of the lesson, we will send your completed arrangement to the registered address. If you prefer to receive only the flowers, please contact us by the day before the lesson.
Lessons may be canceled due to reasons such as weather conditions or if the minimum number of participants is not met. Please understand this in advance.
