Nicolai BergmannNICOLAI BERGMANN WORKSHOP
Danish flower artist Nicolai Bergmann continues to create one-of-a-kind floral art that fuses the refined sensitivities of Scandinavia and Japan.
Through his work in Japan, he has established a new dimension within the floral design world. His style—marked by a meticulous pursuit of color, form, balance, and detail—has earned high acclaim from leading global brands and design companies, resulting in numerous international collaborations and projects. His special workshops, where participants can learn directly under his guidance, are open to everyone from complete beginners to experienced floral enthusiasts.
Workshops can also be conducted in English upon request. -
Takuya NishigakiFRESH MASTER PRESERVED SPECIAL
I aim to create lessons where your time with flowers feels comfortable, inspiring, and truly your own. In my designs, I focus on bringing out the unique characteristics of each flower while paying careful attention to detail. By understanding form, texture, and growth habits, I explore new combinations of design—something I invite you to enjoy together with me. Background: After serving as an area manager overseeing shops nationwide and as a sales manager in charge of corporate sales planning, she has been involved in total coordination of large-scale events and spatial decorations. Currently, as Flower School Manager, she oversees the overall operation of both general and professional courses.

I place great importance on sharing the world of Nicolai Bergmann in a way that is clear and approachable. For those who simply wish to enjoy flowers as a hobby, I provide guidance on choosing and arranging them, while for those aiming to become professionals, I offer practical techniques from a florist’s perspective. My lessons are always tailored to each participant’s goals and experience, with a focus on elegant and refined design. I am also able to teach in English when needed.
Career: After serving as Flagship Store Manager and gaining experience in event and display design, I now work as a Senior Trainer at the Flower School as well as an instructor at the Professional School. -

Whether you’re looking for attentive guidance to improve while having fun, or eager to learn the professional techniques unique to our school, I teach with care and precision. Above all, I hope you’ll discover the joy of engaging freely and creatively with flowers.
Career: After honing my skills and sensibilities as a florist through large-scale event decorations and product creation for the online shop, I now serve as Store Manager at the Shinjuku location, while actively working across a wide range of fields. -
Mai SugiuraFRESH MASTER SPECIAL
I provide enjoyable and attentive guidance to help people take their first steps into the world of flowers. My lessons are designed to support a wide range of participants—from complete beginners and young children to those with prior experience. I especially enjoy creating designs that bring out the natural beauty of flowers to the fullest. As a parent myself, I also value time spent with children, which is why I put special focus on our kids’ classes.
Career: After working as Store Manager at the Roppongi and Shinjuku locations, I am now Executive Sales Manager at the Azabudai Hills store, where I also serve as an instructor for workshops held on-site. -
Tsuyoshi MiyamotoPRESERVED SPECIAL
I teach with the hope of sharing the rich expressions of flowers with as many people as possible. Through working with flowers, I want participants to experience the joy of shaping their own sensibilities, while valuing designs that are beautifully harmonized with the seasons and their surroundings. I primarily specialize in preserved flowers, and I offer classes for everyone—from children to advanced students.
Career: After contributing to the launch of a specialty store as a preserved flower specialist, I served as Store Chief and now work as Store Manager at the Azabudai Hills location. -
Daisuke YamamotoFRESH MASTER PRESERVED SPECIAL
In my flower lessons, I value creating a space where time feels free and creative, encouraging participants to connect honestly with their own sensibilities. Within the brand’s unique worldview, I enjoy working with materials that allow individuality to shine, offering arrangements that are striking and one of a kind. My lessons are designed not only to build technical skills, but also to let people experience the joy of expressing themselves through flowers. I work with a wide range of students—from beginners to advanced learners, and even those aiming to become professionals.
Career: After serving as Store Manager at the Roppongi location, I went on to work as Area Manager for the Kansai and Fukuoka regions. Today, I continue to create new designs as a Creative Designer involved in new product development, as well as an instructor at the Professional School. -
Sachiko ToeiFRESH MASTER SPECIAL
I strive to create special moments together with participants—moments to appreciate and embrace the beauty of flowers. While sharing the appeal of Nicolai Bergmann’s design style, I provide attentive support tailored to each level, from hobbyists to those pursuing a professional path. I particularly enjoy creating elegant designs with a touch of spice, and I’m always on the lookout for new flowers at the market to bring freshness and inspiration into my work.
Career: With experience in hotel weddings and as a Store Manager, I now work across a wide range of fields, from large-scale event decorations and corporate design proposals to teaching at the Professional School.
