On a November morning, as autumn deepens and the first hints of winter begin to appear, create a sophisticated seasonal bouquet in a rich and nuanced palette. Soft beige and apricot tones are layered with mauve, cassis, and deep burgundy, capturing the subtle beauty of the changing season.
Flowers with different forms and textures are combined with autumn-tinted foliage and seasonal berries, creating a bouquet with a sense of lightness, movement, and depth. Within its calm and elegant tones, each individual flower reveals its own character, inviting you to enjoy a color palette unique to this time of year.
For the lesson, we will also serve NOMU’s seasonal drink, the “Marron & Cassis Tea Smoothie.” Inspired by the smooth marron tones and vivid cassis hues of the smoothie, we have translated its rich, nuanced colors into the floral palette of the bouquet.

A seasonal smoothie featuring mellow chestnut, complemented by the gentle sweetness of apple and pear and the richness of oat milk. A refreshing touch of cassis adds a bright acidity, while the elegant aroma of Earl Grey leaves a delicate and refined finish.

I place great importance on bringing out the unique charm of each floral material while crafting elegant and sophisticated designs. I specialize in creating arrangements that blend Nikolai Bergman’s signature natural and refined style with a feminine, delicate color palette, and I take care to carefully explain my approach to color coordination and balance.
Career :After working at the Osaka and Kobe stores, I was transferred to Tokyo. Following my tenure as store manager at the flagship store, I am currently a member of the MD/VMD team, where I am responsible for displays, product development, visual production, and flower styling for photo shoots.
