Classes are led not only by Nicolai Bergmann but also by experienced senior trainers who have studied under him for many years and carry forward his design philosophy. Each lesson features a seasonal theme, allowing you to learn essential floral design techniques while receiving personalized guidance to make your experience both educational and enjoyable.
Lessons are primarily conducted in Japanese, with English support available upon request.
Take a single class — join anytime
All lessons can be taken individually, so you can join anytime to suit your schedule.
Everything you need for the class is provided — no need to bring anything. Even beginners can join hands-free, making it easy to drop in after work.
A bright, easily accessible studio
Our studio, located in Tokyo’s trendsetting Omotesando district, is bathed in natural light and features a relaxed atmosphere with exposed concrete and white interiors.
A café corner is also available, so you can enjoy drinks and snacks during or after your lessons.
Your Class Experience

Check in at the 2nd-floor Flower School counter, Omotesando flagship, 30 minutes before class.

Collect your list of flowers and take a seat at any table. Enjoy coffee, tea, and signature sweets from NOMU CAFE at your leisure.

Instructor demonstration (approx. 30 minutes)

Begin creating at your own pace, with guidance and tips from the instructor.

After completing your arrangement, the instructor will provide individual feedback.

Staff will pack your arrangement to take home. Once you receive it, you may leave at your convenience.

What should I bring to class?

For preserved flower lessons, chairs are provided.
If you need a chair during a fresh flower class, please feel free to ask the reception staff on the day.

How early can I check in on the day of the class?
Is the class end time as stated?
The instructor will review your work, and once any photos are taken, it will be wrapped for you to take home.
I’m a complete beginner — is that okay?
If you’re feeling unsure, our instructors and staff are happy to assist — just let us know on the day of your class.
Can I take home any flowers left from the lesson?
We provide tools for keeping your flowers hydrated, which you may use freely. If you don’t need them, you can simply leave them behind.
What will we be making in class?
Every class features a different theme, so you can choose the one that inspires you most.
What kind of people take these classes?
Even if your arrangement doesn’t turn out perfectly, we hope you enjoy the process and have a delightful time exploring flowers and design.
Which classes are taught by Nicolai himself?
These classes fill up quickly, so we recommend booking early.
Reservations & Cancellations
Can I make a reservation for my friend as well?
If you’d like to attend with others, each person should make their own reservation.
What should I do if I want to cancel a reserved lesson?
If you are unable to attend, please contact us by phone or email in advance. We will send your arrangement or materials to the address you provide.
I have an urgent matter and am unable to attend the lesson. Can you send the flowers to my home instead?
How should I contact you if I need to cancel my attendance?
Be sure to indicate whether you would like your arrangement or materials to be delivered.
I might be late to my lesson.
Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will be considered absent. In that case, we will ship your arrangement or materials, so please let us know your preference.
If you arrive within the class time, you may also receive your arrangement in person.
How do I make a reservation?
Select the class you wish to attend by browsing by class type or date. You can also use filters for design style, theme, or instructor. Once you find your desired lesson, click its image to view the lesson details.
2. Add to Cart
On the lesson detail page, select your preferred date and click “Agree to Terms and Reserve”. If booking multiple lessons, check your shopping cart before continuing.
3. Review Cart and Proceed
Once your cart is correct, click “Proceed to Purchase” to continue to checkout. You can edit quantities or remove items directly in the cart if needed.
4. Checkout
You can pay using credit card or other supported ID-based payment methods. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.
If you have a coupon code, enter it and click “Apply”. Coupon codes are occasionally issued via newsletters.
After confirming all details, click “Pay Now” to proceed.
5. Reservation Complete
Once your order is confirmed on-screen, your reservation is complete.
A confirmation email will be sent to your registered address. If you do not receive it, please contact the Flower School.
Is it possible to make changes or cancel my reservation?
Please contact the Flower School by phone or email, providing your current reservation details and your requested changes.
Please note that some changes may not be possible depending on the circumstances.
Is it possible to get a refund?
If you are unable to attend after this deadline, the instructor will prepare the same arrangement (or provide the materials) and send it to you. Please be sure to contact the Flower School in advance.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible if delivery fails due to your absence or other customer-related circumstances.
Is it possible to book outside the website?
Reselling your spot for profit is strictly prohibited.
Please note that we are not responsible for any issues that may occur if you attend by any method other than the official booking process.

Important Notes
Lesson fees will be charged at the standard price.
The flower gift benefit will be delivered to the registered address during your birth month.
The complimentary tote bag will be handed to you when you attend your first lesson after purchasing the membership.
I would like to have my completed arrangement delivered to a specific address instead of taking it home. Is that possible?
On the day of the lesson, please be prepared to pay the shipping fee and fill out the delivery slip.
We partner with Yamato Transport, so delivery destinations are limited to domestic addresses within Japan.
I am currently a Black Member, but how can I upgrade to a Premium Membership?

Is it possible to take photos during the lesson?
You are welcome to take photos of your completed work or the production process, but please be considerate of other customers.
Is it possible to take individual classes at the Professional School on a one-time basis?
May I bring my child with me?
If you wish to attend with a child, please consider our Kids Workshops, which are held separately on an irregular basis.
I am currently traveling from overseas. Can I still participate?
While lessons are primarily conducted in Japanese, we have staff available who can provide English support. Please feel free to join us!
