Fresh flowers can typically be enjoyed for about 3–5 days from your purchase or selected delivery date.

Original Fresh Flower Box
Arrangements in our signature flower box can be displayed as they are, inside the box.
To prevent water leakage, please keep the box flat with the lid open, and avoid placing it upright.
A water-absorbing sponge is placed at the bottom of the box. To keep the flowers fresh, gently add a small amount of water once a day, ensuring the sponge does not dry out. When watering, please pour the water slowly into the arrangement using a watering spout or dropper, being careful not to get the box wet.
Please avoid direct sunlight and exposure to heating or cooling appliances, as this can cause the flowers to deteriorate quickly. -
Fresh Flower Arrangements
Fresh Flower Arrangements are arranged in a water-absorbing sponge. Please water regularly by gently adding a small amount from the edge of the container using a watering spout or dropper, ensuring the sponge does not dry out.
To prolong freshness, please avoid placing the arrangement in direct sunlight or near heating or cooling appliances. -
Fresh Flower Bouquets
Please remove all wrapping from the bouquet except the string and place the bouquet in a vase.
Changing the water daily will help keep the flowers fresh. For enjoy them even longer, we recommend trimming the stems slightly each time you change the water.
To prolong the life of the flowers, avoid placing them in direct sunlight or near heating or cooling appliances.
Preserved Flowers

Preserved flower arrangements are crafted with specially treated preserved and/or dried flowers, so watering is not necessary.
When kept in an ideal environment, the beauty of the flowers can be enjoyed for around 1–2 years.
To maintain their condition, please display away from direct sunlight, temperature fluctuations, and high humidity, which may lead to fading or damage.
As preserved flowers are dyed and treated materials, slight color transfer may occur. We recommend avoiding direct contact with walls, floors, or fabrics.
Dry Flower Arrangements

Dried flower arrangements do not require watering, as they are made with flowers that have been beautifully dried.
To preserve their condition, please avoid placing them in direct sunlight or near heating appliances, as this may cause damage.
