How to order

  • 1. Select a product

    Only e-gift eligible products are available.
    *E-gifts are gifts that can be given online even if you don't know the address of the recipient.

  • 2. Add products to shopping cart

    From the product details page you want, tap the e-gift tab.
    Please enter the name of the recipient and change the quantity if you would like multiple items. Tap and select the digital message card design for e-gifts and enter the desired message. You can check the contents from the preview.
    If there are no issues with the contents, please proceed to the checkout screen by clicking "Purchase".

  • 3. Check out

    "Express Checkout" Customers who have registered with [Google Pay] or [Apple Pay] can also use their registration information to complete the procedure.

    "Customer Address"
    Member (registered account): Please log in before proceeding with the purchase process. (You can use the registered address book.)
    Guest (without account registration): Please enter the address you would like to receive an order completion email.

    "Delivery address information"
    Even if it is an e-gift, due to the specifications, you will need to enter the requester's information. Please rest assured that the actual delivery address will be processed later by the recipient.

    Member: If you wish to use the address registered in your address book, please select the appropriate address.
    Guest: Please enter your delivery address information according to the input field.

    "Delivery method" Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport. Please check the shipping and packaging fee.

    "Payment" Various cashless payments are available. Please select the payment method you want.

    "Requester Information" Input details will vary depending on the payment method. After selecting a payment method, please follow the display on the screen to enter your client information. If you are registered as a member, you can also select from the information stored in your address book.
    The information you enter here will be written in the requester's column on the shipping slip when shipping the product.

    Once the above entries have been completed, click "Pay Now" and you will be taken to the payment screen you selected, so please follow the screen and proceed with the payment procedure.
    Once payment is complete, your order will be confirmed and the contents of your order will be displayed, so please check the details again.
    You will also receive an order confirmation email to the email address you entered. (If you do not receive an email, please contact the online store.Contactplease)

  • 4. Share e-gift pickup URL

    On the order completion screen, you can check the URL for receiving your gift by clicking "Confirm the gift receipt URL" so please share this URL with those who wish to give it via social media or email.
    The receipt URL will also be sent to your email address, so you can also check it there.
    The deadline for receiving your order is 7 days from the time of purchase, and if the recipient does not complete the procedure by the deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Receipt procedure

  • 1. Access the pickup-only URL

    By accessing the dedicated shared URL, you can view messages from your client. If you tap "Proceed to pick up screen," the gift details will be displayed and the e-gift receipt deadline will be displayed at the bottom of the page, so please be sure to complete the procedure within that deadline.

  • 2. Enter your receipt information

    Tap "Receive Gift" to proceed to the screen for inputting your receipt information. Please enter your desired delivery address information according to the items shown.
    Please note that the contents you enter may be disclosed to the client.
    Please select the delivery date and time. Products will be shipped by Yamato Transport, and for fresh flowers, they will be shipped by refrigerated delivery, and for preserved flowers, they will be shipped by room temperature.
    You can also register as a member on the same screen, so please be sure to register if you like.
    Once you have completed the entry, click "Next."

  • 3. Confirm the contents

    Please check the displayed contents, and if there are no differences in the contents, click "Register with this contents" to complete the procedure.
    The gift will be delivered in accordance with the procedures required at a later date, so please wait until it arrives.
    If there are any modifications, you can go back to the previous screen by clicking "Modify."

Changes and Cancels

  • Please note that e-gifts cannot be changed or canceled after an order has been placed.
    Please note that the cancellation will be automatically made only if the pickup procedure from the dedicated URL is not carried out by the pickup date.

Exchanges and returns

  • We cannot accept exchanges or returns of products.
    We take every precaution to manage and confirm the quality of the product at the time of shipment, but if the product is damaged or deteriorated when it is delivered, we will send you the equivalent product again, so please contact our online shop within 24 hours of receiving the product.
    Please also be careful when handling the products. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to furniture, furniture, etc. caused by our products.
    Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any failure to deliver the product due to customer's convenience, such as your absence or relocation.
