  • About delivery area

    Only delivery in Japan is possible.
    Fresh flowers (fresh flowers) cannot be accepted in areas that take some time to deliver some other remote islands. (In the case of the area, we will contact you after ordering.)

  • About the delivery company

    We will deliver by Yamato Transport.
    Please note that it may not be possible to deliver at the specified date and time due to the weather, traffic situation, and time -based load increase.

  • Time of delivery

    You can choose from the following delivery time zone when ordering. In addition, we cannot make a promise as described above.
    Morning (8:00-12:00)/14:00-16:00/16:00-18:00 -20:00/19:00-19:00-19:00 -21:00

  • Packaging and shipping fees

    The price is flat nationwide and is automatically calculated based on the total purchase amount per order.

  • Checking Delivery Status

    Once the shipment is ready, we will inform you of the delivery slip number by e -mail. You can check the delivery status on the Yamato Transport website from that link. In addition, it is possible to change the delivery time zone after shipping, so please contact Yamato Transport directly.

  • Absence upon delivery

    If you are absent at the time of delivery, Yamato Transport's absence contact form will be posted in your mailbox, so please request redelivery directly through them.
    Fresh flowers are fresh, so please receive them within the quality guarantee period of 3 days. Please pick up preserved flowers within 7 days of the storage period at Yamato Transport.
    Please note that we will not be able to refund or compensate you if it is not possible to deliver within the period due to the absence of the recipient.

  • Forwarding your Order

    Regarding forwarding your order to a different address due to the change of delivery destination after shipment of luggage, please note that the additional fare from the original destination and new destination will be charged to the recipient of the new destination. It will be the same in the case of gift use, so please make sure to enter the correct address when placing your order.
