About Delivery Regions
We are only able to provide domestic shipping within Japan.
Please note that for fresh flowers, we regret that we cannot accept orders for remote islands and certain areas that require an extended delivery time. (If your address falls into one of these regions, we will contact you after your order is placed.) -
Shipping Carrier
We use Yamato Transport for delivery.
Please be aware that your specified delivery date and time may be affected by factors such as weather, traffic conditions, or seasonal increases in package volume. We thank you for your understanding. -
Delivery Time Slots
You may select from the following delivery time slots when placing your order. Please note, as mentioned above, we cannot guarantee the exact time slot.
①Morning (8:00 - 12:00)
②14:00 - 16:00
③16:00 - 18:00
④18:00 - 20:00
⑤19:00 - 21:00 -
Packaging and Shipping fees
The fee is a nationwide flat rate and is automatically calculated based on the total purchase amount per order.

Checking Delivery Status
Once your shipment is prepared, we will email you the delivery tracking number. You can check the delivery status via the link provided in the email on the Yamato Transport website.
This number can also be used to change the delivery time slot after shipment. Please contact Yamato Transport directly to arrange any changes.
Additionally, members can view the tracking number via the Order History section of your My Pageafter the product has shipped. -
Missed Delivery
If you are not present during delivery, a missed delivery notice from Yamato Transport will be placed in your mailbox. Please use the contact information provided on the notice to request redelivery.
Please Note:
Fresh flowers are perishable; please ensure you receive them within the 3-day quality guarantee period.
Preserved flowers must be received within the 7-day storage period held by Yamato Transport.
We cannot offer refunds or compensation if the item is not delivered within the specified period due to the recipient being unavailable at the delivery address. -
Change of Delivery Address (Forwarding)
Please be aware that if you request a change of delivery address after the package has been shipped, the recipient will be responsible for paying the forwarding fee. This fee covers the shipping cost from the original address on the label to the new delivery address and will be charged as cash-on-delivery (Chakubarai) upon receipt.
This policy applies even if the item is a gift. Therefore, please ensure the delivery address you enter is correct to avoid these additional charges.
