Delivery and Payment

  • Delivery Area

    We only offer delivery within Japan.
    Additionally, we are unable to deliver fresh flowers to certain areas, including some remote islands, where delivery may take longer. If your order is affected, we will contact you after your order is placed.

  • Delivery Company

    Deliveries will be made via Yamato Transport. Please note that due to weather conditions, traffic circumstances, or seasonal increases in shipment volume, we may not be able to deliver at the specified date and time. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Time of Delivery

    You can select from the following delivery time slots when placing your order. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery at the specified time: morning (8:00 - 12:00), 14:00 - 16:00, 16:00 - 18:00, 18:00 - 20:00, and 19:00 - 21:00.

  • Packaging and Shipping Fees

    The price is flat nationwide and is automatically calculated based on the total purchase amount per order.

  • Checking Delivery Status

    Once the shipment is ready, we will inform you of the delivery slip number by e -mail. You can check the delivery status on the Yamato Transport website from that link. In addition, it is possible to change the delivery time after shipping, so please contact Yamato Transport directly.

  • Absence Upon Delivery

    If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, a delivery notice from Yamato Transport will be placed in your mailbox. Please contact the number listed on the notice to request redelivery.
    Fresh flowers are perishable items, so please ensure you receive them within three days to guarantee quality.
    For preserved flowers, please pick them up within seven days of storage by Yamato Transport.
    Please note that we cannot offer refunds or compensation if the delivery cannot be made within the specified timeframe due to the recipient's absence.

  • Forwarding your Order

    Please be aware that if you change the delivery address after the package has been shipped, the shipping cost from the original address to the new address will need to be paid by the recipient upon delivery. This policy applies even for gift deliveries, so please ensure that the delivery address is entered correctly to avoid any issues.
