    • PRESERVED BEGINNER Per session: ¥9,900 and up

      This beginner class is perfect for those new to working with preserved flowers and offers a fun way to learn the essential skills for creating preserved flower arrangements.

    • PRESERVED ADVANCED Per session: ¥18,700 and up

      An intermediate class focused on the essence of design in preserved flower arrangements. Create artistic pieces that can be enjoyed for a long time.

    • SPECIAL WORKSHOP
      (POP UP WORKSHOP) Per session: ¥5,500 and up

      Workshops that you can enjoy with your children or friends, as well as special lessons in collaboration with brands and cafes, are open to everyone, from beginners to advanced participants.

    Professional School Professional School of Floristry

    This flower school is a flower school that can be learned throughout the year for those with high goals, such as delving deeper into flower design than existing classes, making use of it in the future, or aiming to become a professional florist.

    • Nicolai Bergmann
      CREATIVE WORKSHOP

      Danish floral artist Nicolai Bergmann has created a signature style blending the refined precision of Scandinavian and Japanese aesthetics. Through his work in Japan, he has established a new dimension in floral design—meticulously exploring color, form, balance, and detail. His style has gained international recognition and inspired collaborations with world-renowned brands and design houses.

      Special workshops under his direct guidance are open to everyone, from complete beginners to experienced floral designers. Instruction is also available in English upon request.

    • Takuya Nishigaki
      BLOOM PRESERVED POP UP

      I strive to make time spent with flowers both comfortable and liberating. My designs emphasize each flower’s unique character, with an eye for detail and an appreciation for form, texture, and natural growth. I enjoy exploring new design combinations that arise from this understanding.

      Experience: Held the role of Area Manager overseeing stores nationwide, followed by Sales Manager for corporate projects. Has coordinated large-scale events and spatial decorations, and now manages the Flower School, overseeing programs for both general and professional students.

    • Ayano Tabata
      GROW PRESERVED POP UP

      I focus on making Nicolai Bergmann’s world accessible and inspiring. For hobbyists, I offer advice on selecting and displaying flowers; for aspiring professionals, I share practical florist techniques. Lessons are tailored to each student’s goals and experience. I specialize in refined, elegant designs, and can provide instruction in English when required.

      Experience: Appointed Flagship Store Manager before working extensively in event and display design. Now serves as Senior Trainer and lecturer at the Professional School.

    • Yuji Ishige
      GROW POP UP

      With a passion for sharing the refined yet dynamic beauty of Nicolai Bergmann’s designs, I approach each lesson with the aim of inspiring and encouraging creativity. Whether students wish to learn at a relaxed pace or refine advanced skills, I provide attentive guidance and share the professional techniques unique to our school. Above all, I hope they discover the joy of engaging freely with flowers.

      Experience: Developed skills through large-scale event installations and product creation for the online shop before being appointed Store Manager at the Shinjuku location, engaging in a wide range of creative projects.

    • Mai Sugiura
      GROW POP UP

      I strive to make the very first step into the world of flowers both enjoyable and thoughtfully guided. My lessons welcome everyone—from complete beginners and young children to those with prior experience—always focusing on designs that bring out the flowers’ natural beauty. As a mother, I also cherish time spent with children, which is why I am especially dedicated to our kids’ classes.

      Experience: Served as Store Manager at both the Roppongi and Shinjuku locations before assuming the role of Executive Sales Manager at Azabudai Hills, where she also leads on-site workshops.

    • Tsuyoshi Miyamoto
      PRESERVED POP UP

      I teach with the hope of sharing the many expressions of flowers with as wide an audience as possible. My goal is for each student to enjoy shaping their own sensibility through design, creating arrangements that harmonize beautifully with the seasons and surroundings. Specializing in preserved flowers, I offer classes for all levels, from children to advanced students.

      Experience: Contributed to the launch of a preserved-flower specialty store, later serving as Store Chief, and currently holds the position of Store Manager at Azabudai Hills.

    • Daisuke Yamamoto
      PRESERVED POP UP

      I aim to make every flower lesson a free and creative space, selecting materials that allow individuality to shine within the brand’s unique world. My approach goes beyond technique, encouraging each student to experience the joy of self-expression through flowers. Lessons are designed for beginners through to professionals, with a focus on originality and detail.

      Experience: Former Store Manager at the Roppongi location, later serving as Area Manager for the Kansai and Fukuoka regions. Currently works as a Creative Designer engaged in new product development while teaching at the Professional School.

    • Sachiko Toei
      POP UP

      I believe in creating special moments with my students—times when we can truly appreciate the beauty of flowers together. My lessons cater to everyone from hobbyists to aspiring professionals, always sharing the distinctive charm of Nicolai Bergmann’s designs. I specialize in elegant yet striking arrangements and am constantly seeking fresh, inspiring materials from the flower market.

      Experience: Built a career in hotel weddings and as a Store Manager before expanding into large-scale event installations, corporate design proposals, and lecturing at the Professional School.
