    • PRESERVED BEGINNER Per session: ¥9,900 and up

      This beginner class is perfect for those new to working with preserved flowers and offers a fun way to learn the essential skills for creating preserved flower arrangements.

    • PRESERVED ADVANCED Per session: ¥18,700 and up

      An intermediate class focused on the essence of design in preserved flower arrangements. Create artistic pieces that can be enjoyed for a long time.

    • Nicolai Bergmann
      NICOLAI BERGMANN WORKSHOP PROFESSIONAL

      Danish flower artist Nicolai Bergmann continues to create one-of-a-kind floral art that fuses the refined sensitivities of Scandinavia and Japan.
      Through his work in Japan, he has established a new dimension within the floral design world. His style—marked by a meticulous pursuit of color, form, balance, and detail—has earned high acclaim from leading global brands and design companies, resulting in numerous international collaborations and projects. His special workshops, where participants can learn directly under his guidance, are open to everyone from complete beginners to experienced floral enthusiasts.
      Workshops can also be conducted in English upon request.

      FRESH MASTER CLASS PRESERVED SPECIAL WORKSHOP PROFESSIONAL

      Takuya Nishigaki

      My goal is to create lessons where time spent with flowers feels relaxing, inspiring, and free. In my designs, I focus on bringing out the unique character of each flower while paying close attention to every detail. By understanding each plant’s form, texture, and natural growth habit, we can discover new and exciting design possibilities together.

      Profile: After serving as an Area Manager overseeing Nicolai Bergmann shops across Japan and as Sales Manager responsible for corporate sales planning, Takuya led numerous large-scale floral installations and spatial designs for commercial venues and special events. With extensive expertise in flower sourcing and seasonal material selection, he specializes in creating designs that highlight the natural beauty of botanical materials. He currently serves as Manager of the Nicolai Bergmann Flower School, where he oversees the planning, operations, and curriculum development for both public and professional floral education programs.

      I believe in making the Nicolai Bergmann design philosophy approachable and easy to understand for everyone. Whether you enjoy flowers as a hobby or aspire to become a professional florist, I tailor each lesson to your experience and goals, sharing practical techniques and design principles from a florist’s perspective. I specialize in creating elegant and refined floral designs.

      Profile: After becoming Manager of the Nicolai Bergmann Flagship Store, I was involved in numerous event floral designs and visual display projects. I currently serve as Senior Trainer at the Nicolai Bergmann Flower School and as an instructor for the Professional School, where I teach both aspiring florists and flower enthusiasts.

      I hope to share the unique beauty of Nicolai Bergmann’s floral designs—the delicate details and bold, dynamic compositions—with as many people as possible. Whether you are looking to improve your skills while enjoying the creative process or develop more advanced floral techniques, I strive to provide thoughtful guidance in every lesson. I would be delighted to help you discover the joy of expressing yourself freely through flowers.

      Profile: After refining my technical skills and creativity through large-scale event installations and floral production for the Nicolai Bergmann online shop, I now serve as Store Manager of the Nicolai Bergmann Shinjuku Store, where I continue to work across a wide range of floral design projects.

      Mai Sugiura

      I enjoy helping people discover the beauty of flowers through fun, welcoming, and carefully guided lessons. Whether you are a beginner, an experienced floral enthusiast, or attending with your child, I strive to create a supportive environment where everyone can learn with confidence. I particularly enjoy creating designs that bring out the natural beauty of each flower. As a parent myself, I am passionate about our Kids Classes and hope to create meaningful experiences where families can enjoy flowers together.

      Profile: After serving as Store Manager at the Nicolai Bergmann Roppongi and Shinjuku stores, I am currently a Designer at the Azabudai Hills store. I also lead floral workshops held at Azabudai Hills, sharing the joy of flowers with participants of all ages.

    • Tae Matsuoka
      FRESH SPECIAL WORKSHOP

      Tae Matsuoka

      I place great importance on bringing out the unique charm of each floral material while crafting elegant and sophisticated designs. I specialize in blending Nikolai Bergman’s signature natural and refined designs with a feminine, delicate color palette, and I take care to carefully explain my approach to color coordination and balance.

      Career History: After serving as Chief at the Osaka and Kobe stores, she was transferred to Tokyo. Following her tenure as Store Manager at the flagship store, she is currently a member of the MD/VMD team, where she works as a Creative Designer responsible for displays, product development, visual production, and floral styling for photo shoots.

I specialize in elegant floral designs with a distinctive touch, and I am always searching for unique seasonal flowers and fresh botanical materials to inspire new creative expressions.

      Profile: After building my career in hotel wedding floristry and serving as a Store Manager, I now work across a wide range of creative fields, including large-scale event installations, floral design proposals for corporate clients, and teaching as an instructor for the Professional School at the Nicolai Bergmann Flower School.

My lessons welcome everyone, from beginners and experienced enthusiasts to those pursuing a professional career.

      Profile: After serving as Store Manager of the Nicolai Bergmann Roppongi store, I became Area Manager overseeing the Kansai and Fukuoka regions. I currently work as a Creative Designer, focusing on new product development, while also teaching as an instructor for the Professional School at the Nicolai Bergmann Flower School.

      I value the delicate beauty that is unique to preserved flowers and enjoy creating elegant designs that can be appreciated for years to come. In my lessons, I carefully guide students through everything from handling preserved materials to understanding key design techniques, making each class approachable and enjoyable for beginners as well as those looking to refine their skills.

      Profile: After gaining experience as a florist in our retail stores, I specialized in the production of preserved flower products. Drawing on my expertise in product development and floral production, I now share my knowledge and techniques as an instructor at the Nicolai Bergmann Flower School.
