This flower school is a flower school that can be learned throughout the year for those with high goals, such as delving deeper into flower design than existing classes, making use of it in the future, or aiming to become a professional florist.

Nicolai BergmannNICOLAI BERGMANN WORKSHOPDanish floral artist Nicolai Bergmann has created a signature style blending the refined precision of Scandinavian and Japanese aesthetics. Through his work in Japan, he has established a new dimension in floral design—meticulously exploring color, form, balance, and detail. His style has gained international recognition and inspired collaborations with world-renowned brands and design houses.
Special workshops under his direct guidance are open to everyone, from complete beginners to experienced floral designers. Instruction is also available in English upon request. -
Takuya NishigakiFRESH MASTER PRESERVED SPECIALI aim to create lessons where your time with flowers feels comfortable, inspiring, and truly your own. In my designs, I focus on bringing out the unique characteristics of each flower while paying careful attention to detail. By understanding form, texture, and growth habits, I explore new combinations of design—something I invite you to enjoy together with me. Background: After serving as an area manager overseeing shops nationwide and as a sales manager in charge of corporate sales planning, she has been involved in total coordination of large-scale events and spatial decorations. Currently, as Flower School Manager, she oversees the overall operation of both general and professional courses.

For those who enjoy flowers as a hobby, I provide guidance on selecting and arranging blooms. For aspiring professionals, I offer practical techniques from a florist’s perspective, tailoring each lesson to suit the goals and experience of every participant. I specialize in elegant and sophisticated designs, and can provide instruction in English when requested.
Background: After serving as manager of the flagship store and working on event and display design, she now serves as a senior trainer at the Flower School and as an instructor at the Professional School, sharing her expertise with both general students and professional learners. -
Yuji IshigeFRESH MASTER SPECIALI approach my lessons with the desire for as many people as possible to experience the delicacy and dynamic beauty of Nicolai Bergmann’s designs. I provide careful guidance for those who want to improve while enjoying the process, as well as specialized techniques unique to the school. My hope is that students will discover the joy of engaging with flowers with freedom and creativity. Background: After refining her skills and sensibilities as a florist through large-scale event decorations and product creation for the online shop, she now serves as Store Manager at the Shinjuku location, actively contributing across a wide range of fields.

Mai SugiuraFRESH MASTER SPECIALI strive to make the first step into the world of flowers enjoyable and approachable, providing careful guidance for everyone—from beginners and children to those with prior experience. I especially excel in designs that bring out the natural beauty of each flower. As a parent myself, I am also dedicated to our kids’ classes, supporting students who wish to spend meaningful time with their children while learning.
Background: After gaining experience as Store Manager at the Roppongi and Shinjuku locations, she currently serves as Executive Sales Manager at Azabudai Hills and also teaches workshops held at the Azabudai Hills store. -
Tsuyoshi MiyamotoPRESERVED SPECIALI conduct lessons with the desire to share the rich expression of flowers with as many people as possible. By interacting with flowers, I hope students can experience the joy of expressing their own sensibilities, while I focus on designs that are beautifully balanced with the seasons and space. I primarily teach classes using preserved flowers, accommodating a wide range of students from children to advanced learners.
Experience: After contributing to the launch of a specialty store as a preserved flower specialist and serving as Store Chief, she currently serves as Store Manager at Azabudai Hills. -
Daisuke YamamotoFRESH MASTER PRESERVED SPECIALI aim to make every flower lesson a free and creative space, selecting materials that allow individuality to shine within the brand’s unique world. My approach goes beyond technique, encouraging each student to experience the joy of self-expression through flowers. Lessons are designed for beginners through to professionals, with a focus on originality and detail.
Experience: Former Store Manager at the Roppongi location, later serving as Area Manager for the Kansai and Fukuoka regions. Currently works as a Creative Designer engaged in new product development while teaching at the Professional School. -

My lessons cater to everyone from hobbyists to aspiring professionals, always sharing the distinctive charm of Nicolai Bergmann’s designs. I specialize in elegant yet striking arrangements and am constantly seeking fresh, inspiring materials from the flower market.
Experience: Built a career in hotel weddings and as a Store Manager before expanding into large-scale event installations, corporate design proposals, and lecturing at the Professional School.
