How to order

1. Select a product
Search for products by category (boxes, arrangements, bouquets, etc.) or use (Wedding, Birthday, etc.). The filtering function also allows you to extract the product based on color, availability, price, etc.
Once you find the product you want, click on the image of the product you want to access the product details page. -
2. Add products to shopping cart
From the product details page you would like to see the color andSizes- Select the necessary information displayed for each item, such as options* (handbag/message card/standby*), and click "Add to Shopping Cart". If you need multiple items for the same product, click "+" to adjust the desired quantity, then press the "Go to Shopping Cart" button to proceed to the next screen.
Also, if the product is delivered to the same address and the specified date is the same day, you can select multiple items, so please continue shopping. -
3.Delivery DateSelect time and check the contents of your shopping cart
Select "Desired Delivery Date" or "Desired Delivery Time" and if there are no mistakes in the contents of your shopping cart, click "Proceed to purchase" to proceed to checkout.
If you have any information you may have contacted us, please enter it in your "Order Notes."
If you would like to change the information in your shopping cart, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please "delete" the currently selected product and add it to your shopping cart again from the product details page. -
4. Check out
"Express Checkout"
You can use the information you have already registered with [Google Pay] or [Apple Pay] to complete the order process.
"Customer Address"
Member (registered account): Please log in before proceeding with the purchase process. (You can use the registered address book.)
Guest (unregistered account): Please enter the address you would like to receive an order completion email.
"Delivery address information"
Member: If you wish to use the address registered in your address book, please select the appropriate address.
If you wish to deliver to a new address, please select "Use new address" and follow the screen to enter the required fields.
Guest: Please enter your delivery address information according to the input field.
"Delivery method"
Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport. Please check the shipping and packaging fee.
"Payment"
Various cashless payments are available. Please select the payment method you want.
"Information for clients"
Input details vary depending on the payment method.
After selecting a payment method, please follow the display on the screen to enter your client information.
If you are a member, you can also select from the information stored in your address book.
"Coupon Code"
If you have a coupon code, please enter it in the "Coupon Code field" and click "Apply" on the right to check whether the contents have been applied. Coupon codes will be sent irregularly through email newsletters and other means.
Once the above entries have been completed, click "Pay Now" and you will be taken to the payment screen you selected, so please follow the screen and proceed with the payment procedure.
Once payment is complete, your order will be confirmed and the contents of your order will be displayed, so please check the details again.
You will also receive an order confirmation email to the email address you entered. (If you do not receive an email, please contact the online store.Contactplease)
Changes and Cancels

Changes and cancellations to your order can be made up to three days before the expected delivery date. (Please note that we may not be able to accommodate the issue depending on the content.)
Please email or call our online store to let us know your order number and what you would like. We cannot make any changes or cancellations after that.
Exchanges and returns

We cannot accept exchanges or returns of products.
We take every precaution to manage and confirm the quality of the product at the time of shipment, but if the product is damaged or deteriorated when it is delivered, we will send you the equivalent product again, so please contact our online shop within 24 hours of receiving the product.
