Order Method

  • 1. Choose an Item

    Please search for products by category (such as boxes, arrangements, bouquets, etc.) or purpose (like weddings, birthdays, etc.). You can also use the filtering feature to narrow down your options based on color, availability, price, and more. Once you find the product you desire, simply click on the product image to access the detailed product page.

  • 2. Add product to shopping cart

    From the product detail page of your desired item, please select the necessary options such as color, size, and any additional choices (like a bag, message card, or sign) that are displayed for each product, and then click "Add to Shopping Cart." If you need multiple quantities of the same item, click the "+" button to adjust the desired quantity, then press the "Proceed to Shopping Cart" button to continue to the next screen. Additionally, if you are ordering multiple products to the same address with the same delivery date, you can select multiple items, so feel free to continue shopping.

  • 3. Select the delivery date and time and check the contents of the shopping cart

    Select "Request Delivery Date" and "Request Delivery Time Frame". If there is no mistake in the shopping cart, click "Proceed to Purchase" to check out.
    If you have any special inquiries please add a note to us through the "Order Notes".
    Additionally you may change the quantity of the products in the shopping cart or simply "delete" if you would like to change the contents of your cart.

  • 4. Check Out

    "Express Check-Out"
    It is possible to complete the order procedure for registered information on [Google Pay] [Apple Pay].

    "Sender's Address"
    Members (registered account): Please log in and proceed with the purchase procedure. (You can use your registered address)
    Guest (account not registered): Please enter the address you want to send an order completion email.

    "Delivery Information"
    Member: If you use the registered address in the address book, select the corresponding address.
    If you want to deliver to your new address, select "Use a new address" and enter the necessary items along the screen.
    Guest: Please enter the delivery information along the input field.

    "Delivery Method"
    It will be delivered by Yamato Transport. Please check the delivery packing fee.

    "Payment"
    You can use various cashless payments. Please select the desired payment method.

    "Sender Information"
    The input details vary depending on the payment method.
    After selecting the payment method, enter the client information according to the display of the screen.
    If you are registered as a member, you can select from the information you have saved in the address book.

    "Coupon Code"
    If you have a coupon code, please enter the "Coupon Code column" and click "Apply" on the right to check if the contents are applied. The coupon code will be announced irregularly in the e -mail magazine.

    When the above input is completed, click "Pay now" and proceed to the selected payment screen. Please proceed with the payment procedure along the screen.
    When the payment is completed, the order will be confirmed, and the order will be displayed, so please check the contents once again.
    In addition, we will send an order confirmation email to the email address you entered together. (If you do not receive the email, please contact the online shopContactplease)

Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes and cancellations of orders can be made up to 3 days before the scheduled delivery date. (Please note that we may not be able to respond depending on the content.)

    Please email or call our online shop and let us know your order number and what you would like to see. No changes or cancellations can be made after that.

Exchanges & Returns

  • Please note that we do not accept exchanges or returns of our products. We take great care in managing and inspecting the quality of our items before shipment. However, if you receive a product that is incorrect, deteriorated, or damaged upon delivery, we will gladly send a replacement of the equivalent product. In such cases, please contact our online shop within 24 hours of receiving the product.

    We also advise you to handle our products with care, as we cannot be held responsible for any damage to furniture or furnishings that may occur as a result of using our items.

    Additionally, please be aware that we are not responsible for any failure to deliver products due to customer-related issues, such as absence, relocation, or incorrect address information.

  • We strictly prohibit any resale of our products for commercial purposes under any circumstances. Additionally, please be advised that we do not accept any responsibility for issues arising from products purchased through unauthorized channels.
