How to Place an Ordr

  • 1. Select a product

    Search for products by category (boxes, arrangements, bouquets, etc.) or use (Wedding, Birthday, etc.). The filtering function also allows you to extract the product based on color, availability, price, etc.
    Once you find the product you want, click on the image of the product you want to access the product details page.

  • 2. Add products to shopping cart

    On the product page, select the necessary options for each item, such as color, size, and add-ons* (gift bag, message card etc.), then click “Add to Cart.”

    If you would like multiple quantities of the same item, click the “+” button to adjust the quantity, then press “Proceed to Cart” to move to the next step.

    For deliveries to the same address on the same date, you can select multiple items at once, so please continue shopping as needed.

  • 3. Select your delivery date and time, then review the items in your shopping cart.

    Select your desired delivery date and time. Once you’ve confirmed that your shopping cart is correct, click “Proceed to Purchase” to continue to checkout.

    If you have any notes for our team, please enter them in the “Order Memo” field.

    If you need to change any information in your shopping cart, please remove the current items and add them again from the product detail page.

  • 4. Checkout

    Express Checkout

    You can complete your order using the information already registered with Google Pay or Apple Pay.

    Billing Address:

    If you are a Registered Member (with account): Please log in before proceeding. You can use addresses saved in your account.

    If you are a Guest (no account): Please enter the email address where you would like your order confirmation to be sent.

    Shipping Address:

    If you are a Registered Member: Select an address from your saved address book if you wish to use it.
    To deliver to a new address, choose “Use a New Address” and enter the required information on the screen.

    If you are a Guest: Enter the shipping address following the input fields provided.

    Shipping Method:
    Your order will be delivered via Yamato Transport. Please confirm the shipping and packaging fees.

    Payment:
    Various cashless payment options are available. Please select your preferred payment method.

    Payer Information:
    The information required may vary depending on your chosen payment method.
    After selecting your payment method, follow the on-screen instructions to enter your details.
    Registered members may also choose from saved addresses in their account.

    Coupon Code:
    If you have a coupon code, enter it in the “Coupon Code” field and click “Apply” to ensure it has been applied.
    Coupon codes may be issued periodically through newsletters and other promotions.

    Completing Payment:
    Once all information has been entered, click “Pay Now” to proceed to your selected payment screen. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment.
    After payment is completed, your order will be confirmed, and the order details will be displayed. Please review them carefully.
    A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address you provided. If you do not receive the email, please contact our online shop for assistance.

Changes and Cancellations

  • Changes and cancellations to your order can be made up to three days before the expected delivery date. (Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the content, etc. after shipment.)
    Please email or call our online store to let us know your order number and what you would like. We cannot make any changes or cancellations after that.

Exchanges and Returns

  • We are unable to accept exchanges or returns.

    We carefully check every item before shipping, but if you receive the wrong product or notice any damage or deterioration upon delivery, we will be happy to send a replacement. Please contact our online shop within 24 hours of receiving your order.

    Please handle your flowers and arrangements with care. While we take great care in packaging, we cannot be responsible for any damage to furniture or household items caused by our products.

    We also cannot be responsible for delivery issues due to customer circumstances, such as absence or change of address, so please ensure your delivery information is correct.

Resale Prohibited

  • Under no circumstances will we strictly refuse resale for commercial purposes. Please note that we are not responsible for any problems with products purchased using other than the official method.
