  • Delivery area

    Delivery within Japan is only possible.
    In addition, we cannot accept orders for fresh flowers (fresh flowers) in areas other than remote islands that take longer to deliver. (If the area is applicable, we will contact you after you place your order.)

    Delivery will be made by Yamato Transport.
    Please note that we may not be able to deliver your order on the date and time you specify due to weather, traffic conditions, or increased loads over time.

  • Packaging and shipping fees

    The price will be uniform nationwide and will be automatically calculated based on the total purchase amount per order.

  • Regarding checking delivery status

  • Regarding absence

    If you are not at home at the time of delivery, Yamato Transport's notice of absence will be sent to the mailbox, so please request redelivery to the contact information listed on the postal slip.
    Please note that fresh flowers are raw, so please receive them within 3 days of quality guarantee. Please receive preserved flowers within 7 days of storage at Yamato Transport.
    Please note that we cannot provide refunds or compensation if delivery is not possible within the period due to the absence of the delivery address.

  • About forwarding

    Please note that if the delivery address is changed after the package has been shipped, the forwarding destination will be responsible for the shipping fee from the delivery address listed on the invoice to the changed delivery address at the time of receipt. The same applies to gift items, so please enter the delivery address so that you do not make any mistakes.
