Membership Rules

About joining membership

Anyone can purchase memberships regardless of the experience of participating in lessons. "Premium members" have a limited number of people (100 people). Please note that the reception will be closed as soon as the capacity is reached. There is no limit on the number of people for "black members".

About advance reservation benefits

The pre -order period will be informed of all members of the membership by e -mail at the same time, about one month before the start of each season. The number of days in the pre -order period may fluctuate in a few days for each season.

"Premium Member" allows you to pre -order Creative Workshop / Grow / BLOOM / PRESERVED BEGINNER, ADVANCE, POP UP lessons.

"Black Members" can pre -order Grow / Bloom / Preserved Beginner, Advance, Pop Up lessons.

The only use of the pre -order benefits will be for the subscriber. Reservations other than the accompanying person, or reservations for resale and transfer (seating) may be treated as canceled, and may be asked to withdraw from memberships. Please note.

During the advance reservation period, general customers (memberships have not joined) cannot make a reservation for lessons. During the general reservation period, you can purchase vacant lessons regardless of membership.

About expiration date

The expiration date of the membership is one year from the month of purchase.

The expiration date will be described by the school staff on the back of the card.

We will send you an update information by e -mail in the expiration date. If you wish to update, please purchase it again and give you a new expiration date card and other benefits from the month following the old expiration date.

If you do not wish to update, the benefits will not be automatically used at the same time as the expiration date. Please note.

Benefits: About use at shops and cafes

If you are using a 10%discount privilege at the shop or cafe, be sure to present your card to the store staff before the checkout.

Please note that benefits cannot be used with expired cards. Basically, 10%discount is not applied to school programs. Please be aware.

It is not possible to use the card other than the subscriber. If it is discovered, you may be asked to return the card.

About loss of cards

If you lose your card, please contact the school staff immediately. If you wish to reissue the card, you will receive a fee of 1,100 yen. Even if the card is lost, the membership qualification will not disappear until the expiration date of the school. Advance reservation benefits are also applied until expiration date.

cancellation policy
After the payment is completed, we cannot accept any cancellation or refund.

The contents of the bonus items may be changed due to circumstances.
