Create a lush round arrangement using evergreen branches accented with red berries, pinecones, and natural ornaments. Fragrant and festive, it will dry beautifully while holding its shape.

Sachiko Toei

She built her career through hotel weddings and as a Store Manager, before becoming the Design Studio Director, where she oversaw large-scale event decorations, online shop supervision, and design proposals for corporate clients. She now continues to play an active role across a wide range of fields.

Schedule for the Lesson Day

Check-in at the Flower School Counter on the 2nd floor of the Nicolai Bergmann Flowers & Design flagship store in Minami Aoyama (check-in begins 30 minutes before the lesson start time).

Receive the flower material list and choose a table of your choice. Enjoy coffee, tea, and special sweets from NOMU CAFE at your leisure.

A demonstration by the instructor (approximately 30 minutes).

Start creating your arrangement. Work at your own pace while receiving advice from the instructor.

After completion, the instructor will check each artwork individually and provide comments. If you wish, you are welcome to take photos of your work at the photo booth.

The staff will pack the artwork for you to take home, so once you receive your artwork, you may leave accordingly.

Reservations are limited to one seat per person for the lesson. If you wish to attend with multiple people, please have each person make their own reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations cannot be accepted after 7 days prior to the scheduled lesson date. Please understand this in advance.
If you are absent on the day of the lesson, we will send your completed arrangement to the registered address. If you prefer to receive only the flowers, please contact us by the day before the lesson.

Lessons may be canceled due to reasons such as weather conditions or if the minimum number of participants is not met. Please understand this in advance.
