A sophisticated winter scene interwoven with white and gray
In February, when the coldest weather is at its deepest, this workshop will sublimate the calm and sophisticated mood of winter into a bouquet.

The theme is chic white and gray tones reminiscent of snowy landscapes and morning mist. I explore not only color but also the aesthetics of texture and shade.

The main characters are pure white tulips and graceful ranunculus. These are blended with unique winter flowers and leaves, such as gray dusty miller that looks like it's covered in snow, and muted tones of eucalyptus.

By learning Nicolai Bergmann's sophisticated combination of floral materials and delicate techniques, you will create a special bouquet that expresses the powerful vitality that resides in the silence of winter.

About the Instructor
Nicolai Bergmann

Danish flower artist Nicolai Bergmann continues to create one-of-a-kind floral art that fuses the refined sensitivities of Scandinavia and Japan.
Through his work in Japan, he has established a new dimension within the floral design world. His style—marked by a meticulous pursuit of color, form, balance, and detail—has earned high acclaim from leading global brands and design companies, resulting in numerous international collaborations and projects. His special workshops, where participants can learn directly under his guidance, are open to everyone from complete beginners to experienced floral enthusiasts.
Workshops can also be conducted in English upon request.

Lesson Day Schedule

Register at the Flower School Counter on the 2nd floor of the Nicolai Bergmann Flowers & Design Flagship Store (Minami Aoyama, Tokyo).

(Reception opens 30 minutes before the lesson starts.)

Collect your material list and choose your table. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and a special dessert from NOMU CAFE.

A demonstration by the instructor (approximately 30 minutes).

Begin your arrangement at your own pace, receiving advice and support from the instructor.

The instructor will individually review your finished piece and provide comments.

Our staff will package your creation for you to take home. Once you receive your finished arrangement, you are free to depart.
