Although this is an advanced class, we’ll provide careful guidance every step of the way so that even beginners can create their piece with confidence.

About the Instructor

Daisuke Yamamoto

In my flower lessons, I value creating a space where time feels free and creative, encouraging participants to connect honestly with their own sensibilities. Within the brand’s unique worldview, I enjoy working with materials that allow individuality to shine, offering arrangements that are striking and one of a kind. My lessons are designed not only to build technical skills, but also to let people experience the joy of expressing themselves through flowers. I work with a wide range of students—from beginners to advanced learners, and even those aiming to become professionals.

Career: After serving as Store Manager at the Roppongi location, I went on to work as Area Manager for the Kansai and Fukuoka regions. Today, I continue to create new designs as a Creative Designer involved in new product development, as well as an instructor at the Professional School.

Lesson Day Schedule

Register at the Flower School Counter on the 2nd floor of the Nicolai Bergmann Flowers & Design Flagship Store (Minami Aoyama, Tokyo).

(Reception opens 30 minutes before the lesson starts.)

Collect your material list and choose your table. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and a special dessert from NOMU CAFE.

A demonstration by the instructor (approximately 30 minutes).

Begin your arrangement at your own pace, receiving advice and support from the instructor.

The instructor will individually review your finished piece and provide comments.

Our staff will package your creation for you to take home. Once you receive your finished arrangement, you are free to depart.

If you are absent on the day of the lesson, we will send your completed arrangement to the registered address. If you prefer to receive only the flowers, please contact us by the day before the lesson.

Lessons may be canceled due to reasons such as weather conditions or if the minimum number of participants is not met. Please understand this in advance.
