Lesson Details

Join Us for a Special Arrangement Workshop Using a beautifully patterned black plate, create a modern hemispherical arrangement with chic, spring-like delicate flowers, uniquely designed by Nicolai Bergmann. In this special collaboration, we will utilize "Retowa Collection," an environmentally friendly and aesthetically pleasing vessel designed by Kengo Kuma, made from newly developed materials aimed at a future circular society. After the flowers fade, the plate can also be used as cutlery. This workshop provides a wonderful opportunity to create a lovely arrangement with your own hands while engaging with Japanese aesthetics and the concept of a circular society. We invite you to participate and enjoy this experience! (On the day, we will also have other cutlery items available for order.)

Colors: Purple, Green, etc. Please note that the colors used may change.
Flowers to be Used: Roses, Clematis, Foliage, etc.

Brand Introduction — Les Trois Collection — Designed by Kengo Kuma Retowa Collection Design | Kengo Kuma Concept: Towards a Future Circular Society... Lightweight / Break-resistant / Quick-drying / Beautiful for Dining / Unique Expressions / Wood Cycle The lightweight and break-resistant vessels come in three shapes, offering versatile usage. The black gradient enhances the presentation of your dishes. Enjoy a refined dining experience with fewer plates, which contributes to reducing water and energy consumption, promoting an environmentally friendly style.
WABI Contemporary: Wabi. The beauty of Ginkaku-ji Temple. In the Reiwa era, we cherish this uniquely Japanese aesthetic, which has been nurtured over time, continually breathing life into beauty. "Hide K 1896" creates a new aesthetic that elevates wabi. It transcends mere simplicity to embody a delicate, beautiful, intellectual, and sometimes global modern interpretation of wabi. This is "WABI Contemporary."
Material: TRANSWOOD Transwood is a new material made by blending biomass resin manufactured from thinned wood and waste cooking oil. This environmentally friendly vessel can transform and circulate, allowing you to enjoy its unique expressions that only wood can provide.
