We’ll create an expressive bouquet featuring deep, autumn-hued hydrangeas as the focal point, paired with seasonal flowers and berries.


While enjoying the layered colors that reflect the changing seasons and the natural movement created by the various floral materials, we’ll bring out the rich textures unique to autumn. By harmonizing different materials, we’ll craft a natural bouquet with depth.


In the Advanced Class, you’ll learn how to arrange flowers with a focus on natural cohesion and beautiful form, while bringing out the unique character of each floral material. Enjoy creating a bouquet brimming with seasonal charm while appreciating the delicate hues unique to autumn-colored hydrangeas.

About the Instructor
Ayano Tabata

I place great importance on sharing the world of Nicolai Bergmann in a way that is clear and approachable. For those who simply wish to enjoy flowers as a hobby, I provide guidance on choosing and arranging them, while for those aiming to become professionals, I offer practical techniques from a florist’s perspective. My lessons are always tailored to each participant’s goals and experience, with a focus on elegant and refined design. I am also able to teach in English when needed.

Career: After serving as Flagship Store Manager and gaining experience in event and display design, I now work as a Senior Trainer at the Flower School as well as an instructor at the Professional School.

Lesson Day Schedule

Register at the Flower School Counter on the 2nd floor of the Nicolai Bergmann Flowers & Design Flagship Store (Minami Aoyama, Tokyo).

(Reception opens 30 minutes before the lesson starts.)

Collect your material list and choose your table. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and a special dessert from NOMU CAFE.

A demonstration by the instructor (approximately 30 minutes).

Begin your arrangement at your own pace, receiving advice and support from the instructor.

The instructor will individually review your finished piece and provide comments.

Our staff will package your creation for you to take home. Once you receive your finished arrangement, you are free to depart.

If you are absent on the day of the lesson, we will send your completed arrangement to the registered address. If you prefer to receive only the flowers, please contact us by the day before the lesson.
