About the Lesson

Master Course

Arrangement Method | Asymmetrical Style

You’ll take on the challenge of creating “asymmetrical” designs that break free from the constraints of bilateral symmetry.

While paying attention to the orientation of the floral materials, negative space, and center of gravity, you’ll create dynamic compositions that highlight the inherent beauty of the plants. You’ll learn to create modern arrangements in the signature style of Nicolai Bergmann—works that strike a balance between free expression and harmony.

This is the third session of the three-part Master Course, but you may also attend this session as a standalone class. It is recommended not only for experienced students but also for those who wish to try their hand at new designs.

*Please note that floral materials are subject to change depending on market conditions and availability.

*The image is for illustrative purposes only. The actual design, vase, and quantity of floral materials used may vary.

About the Instructor

Takuya Nishigaki

I aim to create lessons where time spent with flowers feels comfortable, open, and creatively fulfilling.

In my designs, I focus on bringing out the natural characteristics of each flower while paying close attention to detail.
By understanding form, texture, and growth patterns, I explore new combinations and expressions that emerge from these elements.

I invite you to enjoy discovering new possibilities in floral design together.

Career Background
After serving as an Area Manager overseeing stores nationwide and as a Sales Manager responsible for corporate planning, I was involved in large-scale event and spatial design projects.
