Nicolai Bergmann has long admired the meticulous craftsmanship, time, and history behind Japan’s traditional arts. Given the opportunity to create an original flower vase in Arita Porcelain, he visited Arita Town in Saga Prefecture to immerse himself in its scenery and history, engaging with artists and kiln owners to bring the Chrysanthemum vase to life.
